Super Simple Return Policy, if you aren't satisfied with your custom made mug, contact us for return or replacement within 30 days. Email us at email@example.com and let us know there is a problem, we will gladly take care of the issue! Being that these are ceramic mugs, we pack them in foam mailers, but sometimes they do break. Please just send us a picture in that event and we will make a new one and have it sent out as quickly as possible. No need to return the broken one.
